TERMS OF SERVICE
I. GENERAL
1. You can reach out to me through any of my social media accounts but I'm mostly active on:- facebook / instagram / twitter (@rjbrtwrks)
- gmail ([email protected])2. Provide a clear reference if necessary.3. I will send you WIP updates for your approval. I will allow two (2) revisions during the sketch phase, free of charge. Any further revisions will be charged extra.4. All revisions due to mistakes on my part are free of charge.5. Completion time is 3 to 4 weeks and is subject to change depending on the complexity of the commissioned artwork and
the _number of commission requests _I am working on prior to yours.6. Final package inclusions to be sent via email
(size of your choice):- 350dpi .png file (transparent background)
- 350dpi .jpg file (plain white background)
- 350dpi .jpg file (plain gradient background)
II. PAYMENT
1. I will only start working after I have received your payment in full.Modes of payment:
(transfer fees will be shouldered by you, the commissioner)- PayPal (USD)
- GCash (PHP)
- Bank Transfer (PHP)2. For payments via PayPal, I will send you an invoice before you pay.3. For payments via GCash and other banks, please notify / send me a proof of payment so I can give you a receipt.
III. RIGHTS
1. I, the artist, have the following rights:- right to decline a commission request if:(a) it includes any inappropriate / unjust / uncomfortable content or topic; or
_(b) it is beyond my capacity to draw._- right of ownership of the commissioned artwork; and
- right to use / post / display the commissioned artwork in any place or site.2. You, the commissioner, have the following rights:- right to use the commissioned artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise;
- right to post / display the commissioned artwork with proper credit given to the artist;
- right to print the commissioned artwork and claim the ownership of your character(s) but not the artwork itself; and
- right to demand a refund only if I, the artist, am not able to complete the commission request within the agreed deadline (if any).3.* You are not allowed to:- cancel or demand a refund when I have already started / am still working on your commission request before the agreed deadline;
- alter/edit the commissioned artwork in any way without my permission; and
- cover up / erase / remove my signature from the commissioned artwork.*
Any of the statements above is subject to change only if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the acceptance of your commission request.
RATES
EXTRA CHARGES
+ 25% of the base price per:
- 3rd revision onwards
- small / non-complex props+ 50% of the base price per:
- background+ 75% of the base price per:
- big / complex props
- additional character
- complex / detailed background
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Hello, everyone! I am RJ, a freelance digital artist from the Philippines.I have been drawing ever since I knew how to hold a pencil but I only started drawing digitally since 2015.I am currently working as a full-time accountant and take art commission requests during my free time. I love making fan arts of my favorite characters. I also started making my own webcomic last September 2020 which is still on-going today.
